Return Shipping: – Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the items received were damaged, defective, or an incorrect product was delivered. – We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return and retaining proof of postage.                                                4. Refund Process: – Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will initiate the refund process. – Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return, excluding any shipping fees. – The refund will be issued via the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed upon.                                                                                                                                        5.
